山伏体験
MOUNTAIN ASCETICS
修験道の総本山三井寺ならではの長等山修験を体験ください。長等山への入峰は３時間ほどで、大きな難所はなく歩きやすいコースとなっています。山伏の心得、装束の着方など修験道について僧侶が分かりやすく指導しますので、はじめての方でも安心してご参加頂けます。
Please experience Shugen at Mt.Nagara, unique to Miidera temple which is the headquarters of Syugen-do.Although it takes about 3 hours to enter Mt. Nagara, there are no difficult parts and it is easy to walk.The monks teaches you intelligibly about the way of Yamabushi and how to wear a costume, so you can participate with peace of mind for the first time.

座禅（止観）体験
ZEN MEDITATION
はじめての方、高齢者、お子様など、レベルに合わせた指導を行いますので、どなたでもお気軽にご参加頂けます。静寂につつまれた空間で、自身と向き合うひとときは、普段忙しくて気付かなかった様々な自分とめぐり会うきっかけとなることでしょう。伝統的な作法の中に、宗祖のお姿を取り入れた三井寺独特の座禅を是非ご体験下さい。
We will give guidance carefully. Everyone can participate with peace of mind, such as the first person, elderly people and children. In a space surrounded by silence, a moment to face yourself will be an opportunity to meet with yourself who are usually busy and not noticed. Please come and experience the Zen meditation unique to Miidera.

写経・写仏体験
COPYING SUTRA,BUDDHIST IMAGE
写経体験では「般若心経」を写経します。なぞり書きですので、文字を知らないお子様でも受けて頂けます。同じく写仏体験も手本となる仏さまのお姿に紙を重ねて写します。文字の上手下手や、書くスピードを気にする必要はありません。一筆に想いを込めて丁寧に写すことが重要です。多忙な日常だからこそ、写経を通じて心身のリフレッシュをされてはいかがでしょうか。
You can do sutras of Heart Sutra. For tracing strokes, children who do not know the characters can experience it. Tracing a picture of a Buddhist image will also copy the paper over the figure of the Buddha who is the example. You do not have to worry about poor character or writing speed. It is important to photograph carefully with your thoughts in one stroke. Why do not you refresh your mind and body by experiencing the sutra.

腕輪念珠づくり体験
MAKING BUDDHIST ROSARY
念珠は仏さまと心を通い合わせる法具で、持っているだけで功徳があるとされています。当体験では、さまざまな種類の数珠玉からお好きなものを選んで自由に組み合わせ、オリジナルの腕輪念珠を制作します。出来上がった念珠はその場でご祈祷します。アクセサリー感覚で普段から護身用に付けて頂けますし、ご家族やご友人へのプレゼントとしても最適です。参拝の記念に是非ご利用下さい。
A rosary is a tool that aligns with the Buddha through the heart. It is said that there is merit in merely having it. In this course, you can choose your favorite one from various kinds of beads and freely combine to create original bangle balls. We will pray for the finished rosary on the spot. You can attach it for your self-defense from the usual sense as an accessory. It is also perfect as a gift to your family and friends. Please join us in commemoration of the worship.
