In Buddhism, the nenju (Buddhist Rosary) is an important tool for connecting one’s heart with the Buddha.

It is said that simply carrying it can protect you from misfortune and bring peace of mind.

In this experience, you will craft the nenju into a bracelet that can be worn comfortably in daily life.

Each bead you select is believed to embody the presence of the Buddha.
Handle them with care while holding your wish in mind, and by threading them together, you connect yourself with the Buddha.

At the conclusion of the session, a blessing will be offered at the 14th temple of the Saigoku Kannon Pilgrimage, the Kannondo Hall.
The completed nenju will become a personal protective charm just for you.
